Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats (Dairy-Free), a no bake quick and easy to make not too sweet crowd pleasing treat! Quick, Easy, No Bake, Vegetarian, No Dairy.
Ahhhh… summer is finally here. Which means I spend more time outside and less time in the kitchen. Thankfully these super easy to make tasty Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats don’t require any baking and they don’t take long to make.

The best part about these fun little guys is you’ll likely have all of the ingredients you need right in your pantry! I found the inspiration for this recipe over at Joy Food Sunshine.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 6 tbsp Honey
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 1/2 cups Melted Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions

  1. Put muffin liners in muffin pan. Spray liners with non-stick spray.
  2. Melt peanut butter, honey, and salt together on low heat for a few minutes. Stir in Rice Krispies until well mixed.
  3. Evenly distribute mixture into sprayed muffin liners. Press mixture down firmly.
  4. Melt chocolate on low heat. (If using a microwave, stir every 30-60 seconds until melted.) Use a spoon to cover each cup with melted chocolate. 
  5. Put in the refrigerator until firm.
